Paulo for over 15 years. Sotero has resided in Washington, D.C. since 1980, where he has been a correspondent for Istoé weekly magazine and the financial newspaper Gazeta Mecantil. Please join us for a discussion with Paulo Sotero, director of the Brazil Institute of the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars, as he presents Brazil in Gridlock: The Risks and Opportunities of a Self-Imposed Crisis".
