Dr. Caterina Preda is a professor of political science at the University of Bucharest. She will be discussing her recent book, Arts and Politics under Modern Dictatorships: A Comparison of Chile and Romania. In spring 2020, Dr. Preda is a Fulbright Visiting Scholar at the University of Texas at Austin.
