Michael Shifter, president of the Inter-American Dialogue and Adjunct Professor of Latin American Studies at Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service, will be coming to Ohio State to present his lecture "Venezuela, Bolivia, and Contentious Hemispheric Politics".
