The Department of Spanish and Portuguese presents this year's Spanish and Portuguese graduate student symposium,"Dimensions of Violence in Luso-Hispanic contexts". The symposium will explore literary and cultural manifestations of violence in Latina/o, Latin American, and Iberian studies across a wide range of historical periods and academic disciplines. The department members hope you will join them for guest lectures, panels and a round table discussion with faculty.
