Description

The Fall 2015 Latin American Film Series will include 6 selected films on "Spatial Dystopia in Neoliberal Latin America". The first film, "Andres No Quiere Dormir la Siesta" was released in 2009 in Argentina, by filmmaker Daniel Bustamante. In the film, an eight year old boy encounters a series of harsh realities over the course of one profoundly transformational summer in this somber family drama.
