Dr. Roberts will discuss issues of inequality in climate change as an environmental and social issue. He also will address issues of “responsibility.” -- Who bears greater responsibility for contributing to climate change? Who is most vulnerable to the negative impacts of climate change? Who is taking action to adapt to or mitigate climate change? Who is taking action to address the problem through emissions reductions and leadership in negotiating a global agreement?
