The Select Group (TSG) is seeking a Help Desk Analyst for a client in Lewis Center, Ohio. TSG is looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) professional who has previous experience with helpdesk support.

- General of troubleshooting and ticketing system experience
- Written and verbal bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills
- 1-2 years of experience with helpdesk support
