A core focus of Lindsay's research is based in post-conflict community development in Colombia. Her dissertation focuses on perspectives from both ex-combatants and victims of Colombia’s conflict and their conceptualizations of peace. She is also working with the Commission of Hispanic and Latino Affairs as a research intern exploring the impacts of Latino/Hispanic Ohioans on the agricultural industry.
