Andean and Amazonian Cultural Artifacts Collection Inauguration

The Center for Latin American Studies, the Department of Spanish and Portuguese, and the Interdisciplinary Working Group on the Andes & Amazonia will be holding an inaugural event to introduce our Andean and Amazonian Cultural Artifacts Collection. This unique collection will support an integrated learning environment for Quechua language studies and the Andean & Amazonian Studies interdisciplinary minor. We invite all students, faculty and staff to attend the inaugural event! Light refreshments will be served.

In addition, the Working Group will also be hosting a faculty working session on April 1st to brainstorm from their respective disciplinary perspectives about possible pedagogical uses of these artifacts in their classrooms.
