This semester, CLAS is teaming up with the Spanish Film Club to organize a "Women in Transnational Ibero American Film Festival", sponsored by Pragda, the OSU Dept. of Spanish and Portuguese, the Student Life Multicultural Center, and the OSU Film Studies program.
 
The Spring 2016 Film Series will include 5 selected films on "Women in transnational Ibero American film." The fourth film, "Pensé que iba a haber fiesta" was released in 2013 in Argentina by filmmaker Victoria Galardi. In the film, Lucía asks Ana to watch her house while she spends a few days away, but a casual and unexpected encounter with Lucía's ex-husband will jeopardize their friendship.
