The International Film Series has gone virtual! No matter where you are, join the Office of International Affairs for a virtual screening of "Don't Call me Son," the 2016 Brazilian drama directed by Anna Muylaert.

The film follows the androgynously handsome Pierre as he finds out his working-class mom was arrested for having stolen him at birth. He returns to his biological parents: bourgeois, straight-laced and thrilled to have him back—at least until he shows up in a zebra-print mini dress. Watch the trailer at youtu.be/JAh_fsFY-bY

All are welcome to join our live virtual film screening with interactive chat and film discussion on April 10 at 8 p.m. via CarmenZoom at go.osu.edu/intfilm. Students unable to join live, can host their own film night next week by streaming the film with friends for free at osu.kanopy.com/video/pop-aye, using your Ohio State email to create your free Kanopy account. Visit at osu.kanopy.com/signup/create/university.

Get connected with your fellow International Film Series fans by joining our GroupMe at go.osu.edu/intfilmgroupme. You can post pictures of your viewing parties and talk about the film with Buckeyes from around the world!
