Applications for 2017-2018 must be submitted by 5pm EST on January 31st, 2017

Boren Fellowship applicants design their own study plans and may combine domestic language study with overseas study or research. Study of a foreign language appropriate to the identified country or region must be an integral part of each application proposal.

Please note that Portuguese, Quechua, and Haitian Creole are all among the eligible languages for the scholarship and also taught here at Ohio State.
